Deltek is a stable company with a very nice culture. The management listens to the opinion of the employees and take actions immediately if needed. Clearly, Deltek does not just care about its customers but its employees too.
Svantaggi
A lot of things to improve on in terms of processes per business unit, employer branding, facilities etc. I hope that traditional managers can adapt to changes too.
