Vantaggi
Deltek's culture is great. As a new hire and has been to few companies, they have one of the best HR onboarding experience. They provide very organized HR training and delivered the equipments to your home without any hassle. I think Deltek's HR is one of the most organized department I've experienced in most companies that I've been. In terms of training, Deltek provides online training on LinkedIn you could do in your spare time. As new hire, we have also informal one-on-one meetings with the direct manager every week to discuss any concerns. The team I'm working with is very welcoming and accommodating on answering any questions related to the project assigned and even administrative concerns. And also you could have long PTOs without explaining too much to your manager (as long as it is communicated early) What sets Deltek apart from your previous employers is that they promotes work-life balance. They have project nation day (half-day every Friday) which provides employees additional rest aside from weekends, Return to office is also optional, so it's an added benefit. HR also provides lot of engagement activities and what I like is even you didn't attend the year-end raffle you are qualified for a raffle ticket. :D In terms of benefits, what I like most is the retirement benefit and Project Nation day and also the bonuses (EICP and 14th month). They also have generous PTOs to employees.
Svantaggi
The culture on Deltek is great, although I think this would really depend on the project and team you are assigned. There are times that you will feel overloaded with tasks and feel pressured because of assigned tasks within the sprint even its beyond your sprint capacity, so you have a tendency to work overtime. But work is still manageable and of course, we are not forced to deliver tasks that are beyond our capacity
