Delve brought me on as part of their 3 month Associate Training program when I had no background in competitive research, and I could not have asked for a better first permanent job in DC. Great team focused on training and implementing research strategies, exposure to a host of different issues in both the campaign and business world and world class opportunities for career advancement both during and after my time with Delve.

High work load, but not unmanageable, especially if you are willing and able to learn on the job.

Understaffed, analysts often are not permitted to communicate with their own clients, management expects enormous output with unrealistically tight deadlines and then gets mad when employees can't deliver, tempramental CEO who sometimes yells at staff loud enough for everyone to hear, directions from managers are confusing and frequently contradict, open office plan
