Voicing a different opinion or showing initiative is often interpreted as being difficult rather than constructive. It creates an environment where people hold back instead of collaborating openly. Communication from management can be abrupt and handled publicly instead of privately, which is unprofessional and demotivating. The way issues are addressed often feels more punitive than supportive. I had read the Glassdoor reviews before joining and saw many repeating concerns. After experiencing the workplace myself, I can say those reviews were accurate. The team would benefit greatly from acknowledging the consistency of the feedback instead of dismissing it.
