There are two bosses within the company that you have to deal with, each has his own way of doing things, Ever heard of the saying too many cooks spoil the broth or you can't have two captains on one ship! 2. Dictatorial and power hunger heads from other department can make your life difficult. Delay work process and completion. 3. When the company bosses are also 'certified life mentor' coaches, expect to have many redundant weekly meetings and reviews that can go on for hours. Time wasted on these meetings can be put to good use to complete clients work. 4. Half baked company standard operating procedures, guidelines for staff and work procedures. 5. Micro-managing from top management and department head. 6. Not a good place for interns to do their internship. 7. Superficial show of concern from bosses.

Was told to experiment with or just use AI for tasks a lot

My contract was not renewed due to “budget cuts,” yet the same position appeared online shortly after. This made it clear that the explanation I was given wasn’t the full story, and it felt misleading. Transparency from management is noticeably lacking. The work culture is branded as “we are family,” which operates with a rigid, old-school mindset. Voicing a different opinion or showing initiative is often interpreted as being difficult rather than constructive. It creates an environment where people hold back instead of collaborating openly. Communication from management can be abrupt and handled publicly instead of privately, which is unprofessional and demotivating. The way issues are addressed often feels more punitive than supportive. I had read the Glassdoor reviews before joining and saw many repeating concerns. After experiencing the workplace myself, I can say those reviews were accurate. The team would benefit greatly from acknowledging the consistency of the feedback instead of dismissing it.
