Knowledgeable team members, good people

The Company fostered working silos which wasn't conducive to the overall growth of the business. Certain dept heads didn't move at the speed of today's business. They had limited vision and an aversion to hire talent better than themselves.

International company, important market segment

Extremely poor management from Owner, to Board members and Country Presidents. Do not understand the markets that they are selling into outside of Europe- and do not empower their management to make decisions.
