Terrible management. A whole lot of micromanaging. The CEO doesn't respect you or your expertise and feels he's the best at everything.
You'd spend a lot more time trying to get your documents approved than on solving the main issue for the documentation in the first place.
They hire and fire indiscriminately. There is a documented due process to termination and queries, but it isn't followed. Everyone is at the mercy of the whims of the CEO.
Pay is criminally low, hence why they always hire from third-world countries so they can exploit the exchange rate.
