The people that work here are very dedicated to making the company better. The CEO is fantastic and genuinely cares about the success of every employee. Any minor complaint you have will be considered and genuinely listened to. Dentive is growing fast and improves every month. Also the break room has great snacks and there are many fun events for the employees to attend.

Some things take time to be implemented because Dentive has a lot of opportunity to grow, but improvements are always in the works and you'll get to see a lot of positive change.

For the most part, the people are phenomenal. Love the team and working cross-functionally!

Everything else. Struggling company with almost 100% turnover in leadership. No room for growth and they don't follow through on their promises to you. CEO will overwork you to the bone with no reward.
