Poor management Promoting more project managers than needed, especially when they don't deserve the promotions - they do none of the work and get all the credit (which in my mind is simply disgusting - promotions through friends rather than achievements) Misleading about promotions, payrises, bonuses, general plans Not valuing their employees for as much as they give of themselves to the job Being so frugal with investing in IT infrastructure that everything has to be falling apart around them for management to realise that good IT solutions need good money. Can't even invest in proper storage space!!! Bogging down software with so much unnecessary crap that its constantly 100% CPUs on VMs that users use
