Long hours of working there

- get to be immersed in a fun and exciting sports organization - able to see and be a part of the extensive planning that goes into putting together a gameday experience - experience with warm and cold calling that sources sales and sponsors - great first step getting your foot in the door of the sports industry

- bottom level job so you get stuck with some basic tasks and roles - upper managers/leadership is not very involved on the ground level - higher level sales would get pushed up to the longer tenured sales reps - limited opportunity for growth
