Just like Ideal Home itself, Deramores is rotten from head to toe. There is no work-life balance with staff expected to work past their working hours, the whole company is rotten with blame culture and the management never admitting their faults. Constant belittling, micro management and pleasure from seeing someone struggle. HR is absolutely useless. Favouritism is very clear and all of the policies become fluid when you try to complain about one of the “chosen ones”. Top that with minimal career progression, low salary and money-grabbing management and you’ve got the worst place to work for.
