The higher the salary, the bigger the EGO! You had to sell your soul to the devil to continue your growth path at the company; Senior management did not like to be challenged; Some of the Senior managers were in posts that they did not deserve - but was merely part of their career progression; A very stressful working environment, where you are EXPECTED to work long hours and weekends; Turned out to be a very greedy and self absorbed culture.
