Barely any promotions happened in last two years. Since new HK office lead has took over, many legendary talents and reliable long term team members had to quit after facing politics and bullying by only one senior leader who thinks she has the authority to dehumanize and illtreat senior members of the team just because they are smarter and better than her. There is no leader left in the verticals of Strategy and Client service. She is constantly looking for talent as long term clients have been cautious of working further due to lack of talent and also an industry news of her wrong doings I highly recommend to shuffle HK leadership, as it had caused many dents to business and resources.
