Vantaggi

The environment is collaborative and the teams are all highly motivated. The caliber of the managing partners and their talent is incredible. Their enthusiasm for that they do and what they bring to their clients has a direct positive impact on the staff. Everyone I have been working with is respectful and has a passion for what they do and it shows. The work the firm produces is creative and very versatile. The clients clearly love working with this team because a lot of the projects become repeat businesses. The atmosphere is friendly, young yet highly professional.

Svantaggi

I do not have any cons. I wish I still worked there but had to relocate to another state.

Vantaggi

I loved working here when I did. Really good and supportive culture. Learned a lot that I have taken with me since my departure, generally about the ways to approach projects and strategies for effectively moving projects forward in a way where all parties (internally and externally) feel like they can be successful

Svantaggi

Could get really busy, late nights, juggling what feels like too many things at once!

Vantaggi

Some talented and hardworking colleagues. Exposure to fast-paced projects and deadlines.

Svantaggi

The firm’s technology and resources are inconsistent — new hires receive different computers, many of which are outdated and can’t run standard design software smoothly. You’re often expected to use your own equipment for meetings unless you push for proper support. Turnover is extremely high — in my six months, nine people left out of a 45-person firm. There’s little communication between staffing and leadership; partners frequently make unrealistic promises to clients, such as delivering major drawing sets within a week when the team had scheduled a month. Work-life boundaries are nearly nonexistent. Partners regularly text employees on their personal phones — early mornings and at night— and even give your number to clients and contractors, leading to work calls on your personal line. There’s also a lack of mentorship and support for junior staff. Mistakes are often met with immediate termination rather than constructive feedback or a proper review process. Overall, poor communication, unrealistic expectations, and a lack of respect for boundaries or growth make this a stressful and unsustainable place to work.
