      This list could go on and on and on. This company is disgusting. It is 'run' by a ridiculous group of people who have far too much power. HR is a group of pathetic women who have no idea of what they are doing. They are some bizarre little high-school clique. They do not care, at all, about the people who actually work hard. They obsess over their 'Client Experience' nonsense. WATER BOTTLES BEING HANDED OUT PROPERLY DOES NOT MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL! It is shocking that they are still in business.

      Strong design heritage and genuinely beautiful product. Local studio leadership and team culture can be excellent depending on location. Real opportunities to take ownership of initiatives if you're proactive. Good exposure to design industry and trade community.

      Compensation has not kept pace with market, particularly for senior retail leadership roles. Enterprise systems and tools lag behind what's standard in the industry. Career pathing and growth opportunities beyond store leadership are unclear. Communication from corporate to field can feel one-directional.
