Honest Review of Designing Solution My experience working at Designing Solution was far from what I expected, and I believe potential employees should be aware of some critical aspects before considering this company. 1. Management & Leadership The leadership often speaks about big goals and company growth, but these promises rarely turn into real action. There is a strong emphasis on maintaining an impressive public image, but internally, employee well-being and structured processes are neglected. The lack of accountability from management makes it difficult for employees to trust the company’s direction or expect any meaningful professional development. 2. Work Culture The work environment is poorly structured and lacks transparency. Employee concerns are frequently ignored, and internal processes feel disorganized. There is little opportunity for career growth, and instead of fostering a collaborative workplace, the environment feels more about survival than success. Many employees struggle due to inconsistent communication and a lack of leadership support. 3. The Owner’s Self-Obsession One of the biggest issues at Designing Solution is the attitude of the owner. The owner appears to be more focused on self-promotion and building a larger-than-life image rather than actually improving the company. There is an ongoing effort to appear visionary and impressive, but in reality, the actions rarely match the grand speeches. Employees are expected to admire and agree rather than contribute ideas freely. Constructive criticism is not welcomed, and decisions are often made based on ego rather than what’s best for the company and its employees. 4. Salary & Final Settlement Issues One of the most alarming concerns is salary transparency and final settlements. Many employees, including myself, have faced unexpected deductions when leaving the company, without any proper justification. A professional organization should maintain fair and transparent payroll practices, but unfortunately, this remains a significant issue at Designing Solution. Employees should be aware that their final pay may not match what they are actually owed. 5. Need for Serious Improvement Designing Solution desperately needs to address leadership accountability, salary transparency, and a toxic culture that revolves around ego rather than efficiency. Employees deserve to work in an environment where they are valued, not treated as disposable resources. Without meaningful changes, the company will continue to struggle with employee retention and credibility in the industry.

My experience at designing solutions was disappointing due to poor leadership and office politics. Manager Swraj lacks technical knowledge and leadership skills, making communication ineffective and decision-making weak. Instead of supporting employees, he engages in gossip and misrepresents them to the CEO, creating a toxic work environment. Constructive feedback is ignored, and professionalism is not valued. If you are looking for a workplace that encourages growth and fairness, this is not the right place.
