Management & Leadership The leadership often speaks about big goals and company growth, but these promises rarely turn into real action. There is a strong emphasis on maintaining an impressive public image, but internally, employee well-being and structured processes are neglected. The lack of accountability from management makes it difficult for employees to trust the company’s direction or expect any meaningful professional development. 2. Work Culture The work environment is poorly structured and lacks transparency. Employee concerns are frequently ignored, and internal processes feel disorganized. There is little opportunity for career growth, and instead of fostering a collaborative workplace, the environment feels more about survival than success. Many employees struggle due to inconsistent communication and a lack of leadership support. 3. The Owner’s Self-Obsession One of the biggest issues at Designing Solution is the attitude of the owner. The owner appears to be more focused on self-promotion and building a larger-than-life image rather than actually improving the company. My experience at designing solutions was disappointing due to poor leadership and office politics. Manager Swraj lacks technical knowledge and leadership skills, making communication ineffective and decision-making weak. Instead of supporting employees, he engages in gossip and misrepresents them to the CEO, creating a toxic work environment. Constructive feedback is ignored, and professionalism is not valued. If you are looking for a workplace that encourages growth and fairness, this is not the right place.
