The Commercial construction department is a highlight, with low turnover compared to the Residential Design and Maintenance Departments. Also, the owner sponsors permanent residency for H2B visa workers for a few each year, a great way to support their workforce where it counts. In short, this is a good place for newcomers to the landscape industry to gain experience and knowledge.

This company may suffer from not knowing where it wants to go. For most positions, there is little to no upward mobility. Assistant Designers face difficulties moving into full designer positions, and Account Managers in their Maintenance Department have very little incentive for upwards growth or increased sales.
