Long ridiculous hours, no business plans, prepare to work under someone where you have to repeat yourself consistently. He does not understand coworking, this job will suck the life out of you. PLEASE DO NOT WORK HERE if you can help it. Worst of all they don't pay you, previous employees have called asking for their pay.
