- The worst benefits I've ever seen. Was nearly 1000 dollars a month to cover a family of 3.
- No time off. They advertised 2 weeks PTO, come to find out it's actually 5 days- the other 5 days are sick days and they combine the pool.
- No easy way to communicate with management, my manager disappearing for days at a time, not taking calls or replying to messages
- Habitually understaffed
- Carrot on a stick motivation offering the same promotion to multiple employees
- Asked to do Tech Support for software, but given little to no visibility about the functionality of the software. Led to many frustrated clients and employees.
