The leadership culture felt unhealthy and ego-driven. There appeared to be ongoing competition between management, which negatively affected the team environment. Rather than collaboration, there was a strong focus on outshining one another, creating tension and instability. Ideas shared by junior team members were not always acknowledged, and communication often felt dismissive or self-focused. This dynamic made it difficult to feel supported or confident in one’s contributions. Overall, the environment lacked professionalism and emotional maturity, which made the experience discouraging.
