A great place to learn the DMC world, fun office culture, weekly workouts and stress relief available to those who take advantage of it and employees really pull together to support one another. Lots of fun perks along the way (gifts to employees throughout the year, employee parties and research and development incentives). The event world isn’t easy (and isn’t for everyone) but it was almost always fun at DCi. I entered DCi with an events background but without any DMC experience; I was able to learn a ton along the way and was able to advance within the company. DCi is supportive of career growth and education and most managers are responsive to employees sharing their concerns. Training and opportunities to learn are available to those who make the effort! DCi is also incredibly thorough in their planning and internal procedures; it may take a little longer to get things done but you can trust that your work is correct and your event will be a success. Long term employees and owners are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to successful event practices.

Team can be impacted due to high volume of work. Some of the roles could use a restructure and some inexperience in sales positions can have a trickle down effect causing others to pick up the slack.
