      - some of the people are nice - commute was easy for me

      - low salaries for how much work is expected - inflexible style of work - very old fashioned (in terms of dress code, hybrid working, bonuses, lack of benefits) - an expectation to work over your hours - poor management - lack of resource and development - a lot of secrecy within management - not enough parking - boring location - no trust in employees

      The company pays well, and the teams work together effectively. There's a real collaborative feel between the teams and once a plan is made, colleagues work well to achieve a goal. The profit share bonus scheme is also very fair and rewarding, which is obviously a big motivator.

      Svantaggi

      The company can be a little rigid regarding processes, with projects occasionally needing approval from other teams unexpectedly. However, this is normally due to the technical nature of some of the products so it's more to ensure compliance. Regardless, it can sometimes slow down progress.

      I have worked for Deta for almost 18 years and in my time, the company have been great to work for. I have seen the company grow substantially in my time here and they always strive to grow more. There are some great opportunities within Deta.
