Although the team I worked with gave me ample training opportunities, I think overall in the organisation providing more structured training programs for employees (new or old) could enhance the onboarding and career growth process and help them integrate into the organisation more smoothly.

Thanks for the feedback, We already started our planning and action on this area. Trainings were conducted this year, planning to conduct training on the various subjects suggested by the employees in coming calendar year.

other than the canteen, I really can't think of any

people are too old, im not age shaming but the boomer mentality runs very deep in this organisation, extremely reluctant to change, there's this culture of satisfying the ego of upper management to survive, Admin and finance processes stuck in the pre internet age, stupid rules like timings for the canteen and sending fuedalistic mails from the top down, I mean, I could go on and on.
