- No trust when employee is doing remote working, HR will patrol the office to check who is working remote/on-site, there is an excel sheet to fill in to request your remote days (like an elementary school) - Salary increase is very slow / none at all in some years - Promotion is based on how close you are to the CEO, HR, etc not by your job quality or performance - High employee turnover and when someone leave, they're not replaced, so the remaining people in the team will take over their job - Micro-management and toxic environment in some team. HR is aware of this, but not doing anything to help employee
