Poor quality hires on low salaries before fundraise facing brunt Poor management - impulsive and no strategy. Takes feedback of anyone and everyone from non industry and needs to think on own feet No unity or involvement for 1 organization vision Micromanagement wasting lot of time Poor sales quality and customer relations Very little diversity - not good for new competitive hiring and growth of company
