Shop has bare minimum staffing. Pay is not competitive in the long term or short term. You will be made to feel as though your work is not valued. Management will talk negatively behind your back. Management is very emotional with the decision making. There are no set standards yet you must meet these unseen metrics. Management will allow you to make mistakes that are not in the best interest of anyone and will not point out these faults until you have an infrequent one on one meeting in which you will have not been given any guidance on how to improve yourself. Management will act friendly towards you but will have no problem talking negatively of you behind your back.
