      Really good hours. Can't deny that. You start at 9:30 and get done at 5:30.

      Really unequal and toxic work environment. Creatives come really late and leave really early. Some rarely do anything. All creatives get paid a lot while most of others don't. If you are at the bottom of the hierarchy, you don't get paid enough at all and you don't really have much change to learn. The agency is stuck in the Mad Men era.

      Management was a complete disaster, filled with bullies who thrived on control and intimidation. Verbal abuses and constant insults weren't rare-they were the norm. The environment was so toxic, it became impossible to concentrate without feeling beaten down.
