The majority of roles advertised are on temporary contracts. It felt like the few young people in the company had no job security or longevity so it was hard to feel like you’re doing something worthwhile knowing it is coming to an end soon. In a way that’s a compliment to how good the environment is that people want to stay.

Great people to work with. Flexible and good work life balance.

Some may be put off by digital maturity.
