We're glad to hear that remote work and our benefits have been a positive part of your experience, but we're sorry to learn that the performance standards and stress levels have weighed heavily on your time here. Metric-based performance standards in healthcare are something we think carefully about. In a clinical setting, they exist to ensure our members are receiving consistent, high-quality care. We recognize that there's an important difference between standards that drive great outcomes and ones that feel unsustainable. Feedback like yours is something we take seriously as we continue to evaluate how we structure performance expectations for our clinical teams. Competitive pay, benefits and great hours. Lots of commission potential

The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
