      Work from home/remote and full benefits including dental and vision were the best part of the company

      Bad management, basically friends hiring friends, so you’re managed by people with no experience who don’t even understand basic management or rights of employees. HR also didn’t know the law and had to be shown clear documentation to prove they were violating my rights by not allowing me a day off for something legally required

      Competitive pay, benefits and great hours. Lots of commission potential

      The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
