Telesales used be a as small awesome team, where everyone was able to cheer each other & the goals were very attainable There was not a lot of micromanagement. However, in the first quarter of 2021, after the new head of telesales took the position, slowly, but shortly everything started to change into a less transparent family environment than before.. It became another big corporate call center focusing more in its profit per minute than its people…no much Devoted treats everyone like family in the telesales department ! :(
