      100% remote job. Great mangers they care and help. The overall company direction is wonderful, they Honestly care about their members. Stimulating peer collaboration. Positive work environment. No Holidays, weekends or on call! The best benefits you could ask for. Ample PTO, medical dental, and everything else paid for by the company.

      Honestly they’re a Very very few cons. It is extremely fast paced and there is always something changing which can be somewhat challenging at times, but doable. If you don’t like change in workflow and find it hard to adapt this is not the job for you.

      The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
