Unmatched anywhere else in the industry. - Supportive of employees with families. Flexible schedules for most roles, great work/life balance. - Leaders are authentic, accountable, and inspiring.

      - None personally. - Can confirm that, as others have mentioned, there is no 401k match yet. BUT, for me, this is more than offset by their other benefit offerings (100% health, dental, and vision premium coverage. Just wow.).

      Competitive pay, benefits and great hours. Lots of commission potential

      The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
