The company moves super fast, and I've learned so much in such a short time. It's awesome to be part of a place that really values feedback from our members and the team on the front lines. They actually listen and make changes based on real feedback, which is pretty rare and super cool. Feeling appreciated and seeing how our work directly improves members is amazing. I'm excited about what we're doing and where we're going.

The fast pace we operate at, while exhilarating, can sometimes feel overwhelming and there can be a lot of shifting priorities. It's all for the best reasons, but it does require flexibility and the ability to pivot quickly, which isn't everyone's cup of tea.

The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
