Devoted has a great culture within the organization, everyone treats each other with kindness and it really feels like everyone is dedicated to the mission of the organization and helping seniors. I feel challenged within my role and feel like the work I am doing is making a positive impact on members and the organization. My leader is very open-minded and encouraging of growing within the organization. The executive leadership is willing to get into the weeds with their teams and help lead them to solutions of complex issues.

Svantaggi

No substantial cons. Adjusting to 100% remote work can definitely be a shift and was an adjustment period for me. Sometimes I miss the camaraderie of working in an office with coworkers, but overall the pros and flexibility of remote work far outweigh the cons.

Competitive pay, benefits and great hours. Lots of commission potential

The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
