      The talent at Devoted is incredible. From the deep hearted, passionate front line service Guide's, all the way to the founders. People truly care about the work they are doing and it shows. The pace is challenging but there is always plenty of support to get things done. The health insurance benefits and PTO offerings are incredible,

      No formal company wide training program yet. I’m sure it will come in time but it would be wonderful to start all employees off with the same foundation.

      Competitive pay, benefits and great hours. Lots of commission potential

      The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
