Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and experience with us as a Licensing Specialist. I’m happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the ability to work remotely with us, but I’m sorry to hear the majority of your experience has not been positive and appreciate you taking the time to leave us some feedback.
At Devoted, we understand the importance of trust and transparency in fostering a positive work culture. We continuously evaluate our communication channels and processes to ensure that information flows freely and that decisions are made collaboratively and transparently. We also recognize that clear processes and guidelines are essential for success, and are working hard to provide the necessary support and resources to enable our teams to thrive. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone has equal opportunities for growth and advancement.
While it’s our mission to make sure that our members are cared for and treated like family, it’s also our mission to make sure we’re reflecting the best care and attention to our internal teams as well. We know that each experience is different and we welcome the opportunity to hear more from you about your perspective so we can learn. If you’d like to continue the conversation, please reach out Christina O’Connor at christina.oconnor@devoted.com.
Thanks again,
Christina O’Connor

The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
