Lack diversity, gives job to unqualified white people - Recensione dipendente - Senior Recruiter presso Dewberry

I was more than qualified for this job, only to be ignored, never responded to, and given the run around by multiple people that said they would pass my profile along, seeing that I was a great fit. Only to be ghosted, never responded to and later see another WHITE women get a job that I was more than qualified for, and I don’t see how they were. Being a minority, that felt terrible, and I dodged a bullet. Terrible team, just because women are on the team doesn’t mean it’s diverse. If they’re ALL WHITE, it’s not diverse. The TA team should be ashamed of themselves.
