It's not actually a downside, moreover it's a positive side that may sometimes cause issues, anyways: as Dexatel and our team postulates high quality in any service provision or content production, sometimes the level of defined quality and the work-load makes me consume huge amount of energy and the work-process sometimes gets tough! Although as I've mentioned it's a positive thing, with the only problem of having a fewer number of people within certain departments as for this date (April 2021). But, fortunately, Dexatel Team grows constantly, and I am sure this work-load balance procedure will take place in the near future; Also, this little "issue" is a good reason to join Dexatel and be part of the creation, development, production and service... Come on, talents... Don't hesitate and join DexaTeam!
