Great pay with a potential commission bonus for certain roles. Company really wants you to like what you are doing and are willing to train you in other areas you enjoy. Company pays for meals during meetings and on some other occasions. They also have a good reward system for hard work (including trophies and gift cards). Flexible schedules

At first not being sure if the hard work being put in was noticed.

No politics, willingness to teach, and flexible with schedules as well as time-off. (I know I sound like a disgruntle employee, but all should know this company and its practices. Four days before I was discharged I was told "your going to be our best recruiter" and then I was discharged and insulted publicly at a lunch they invited me to.)

LEADERSHIP! You walk on egg shells to please one co-owner and if you upset that co-owner then kiss your seat goodbye. Open the door to tell you one thing and then they aren't who they say they are. Its a culture that believes in illusion and stringing people along. (example they say 6-15 employees…they have FOUR: 2-owners, a family member recruiter and PT payroll)
