      Great (non-management) team members...most of them have a very bright future ahead of them and will hopefully find new opportunities with companies on the RIGHT track.

      Yes, they roll out the red carpet with all their perks and bonuses and such when you first start. But then you realize, it's all just smoke and mirrors to cover up how disorganized this place really is and how the sky will eventually come crashing down on them. Aside from their set list of "legacy" clients, I haven't experienced one bit of significant organic growth while I was there. Top management seems to be viewing the world through the bottom of a Coke bottle.

We are the Certinia partner of the year and have the added advantage of also supporting across multiple Salesforce Clouds to give us the depth and breadth of experience needed. The people are great to work with and we are refreshingly free of "big company" processes and politics. There are flexible work policies and people truly collaborate to get things done.

      Because we are small and nimble, priorities can change quickly. The work we were doing 6 months ago may not be where we are 6 months in the future, and it requires some level of flexibility to be able to pivot accordingly. This kind of work may not be for everyone and that's OK.
