Management at the SVP level and up are grossly incompetent. The good ones have either left, been pushed out, or silenced for having a pov that goes against the grain of negativity that permiates throughout this place. Diversity and inclusion is pretty much nonexistent here. Many in leadership positions are there because they're either a pretty blonde or are friends with someone with power. These inept hires have bred a culture of toxicity where discrimination, favoritism, and gaslighting prevail with impunity. Work hours are beyond intrusive and the more you accomplish the more they expect from you. There's a lot of ambiguity around roles and responsibilities, which only exasperates the chaos.
