Some managers say they have to be at least 2 yrs in the role but some managers are able to promote their team within a year Terrible new leadership, almost everyone is new Bonus is very low High attrition

Furthermore, these managers often lack technical expertise regarding machinery and engage in excessive micromanagement of employees. The workplace lacks diversity as defined, and the hiring representatives are typically the same floor leads that micromanage peers creating unfair hiring process at Diageo. Many individuals who have encountered the corrupt practices lead reps in previous jobs are frequently denied opportunities.
