No pros. None at all. None. You get paid once a month which is inconvenient, they go cheap on everything. It's "the upside down" of employers.

Where do I start. They have a scientist founder who is a classic narcissist. He of course founded the company which has found some success, but he's an absolute bully and nightmare to work with. The CEO at VRAI bullies everyone she works with.. They consistently (the only thing they are consistent with) speak to employees with such disrespect. I and a few others were fired in front of the entire company and told that Chat GPT could do our jobs. They keep rehiring new marketers because the ones they get either leave shortly after being hired or get fired. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY PROFESSIONAL CAREER by miles! They make sure you sign your right to sue them in court away because they now inevitably you won't be there long. Just think, in this market, people willfully quitting their jobs because they just can't take the abuse. There were former employees hitting me up on Linkedin telling me that they have PTSD after their experience with Diamond Foundry/VRAI. I could go on and on about their deceptive practices but why? Just don't do it and save yourself the trauma. Don't believe me? Keep reading the reviews. And trust me, the positive ones you see are either people based overseas or they were written by someone in-house. Nobody likes it there.

The place is an absolute circus, and leadership keeps changing direction with no heads up. You can spend weeks on something and then suddenly it doesn't matter anymore. Pay is low, benefits are weak, and raises barely move the needle. Works keeps piling up, but no one adds support, no standardized training, so people end up doing way more than they should. There's tension between teams, and it creates constant anxiety even outside of work. Another thing that stands out is how unclear everything feels most of the time. Their priorities change at all the time. Even when you ask for guidance, the answers are inconsistent. It makes simple tasks take longer than they should. You end up second guessing your work a lot. That uncertainty builds up and adds to the anxiety. It's hard to stay confident in that kind of set up. There's also not much recognition for effort, which makes it harder to stay motivated. People put in extra hours and it barely gets noticed. There's no real reward for going the extra mile, Over time, that starts to wear people down. You can see in how quickly others lose interest or leave. It creates a cycle where burnout becomes normal. Staying long term just doesn't feel worth it. Just don't work here, you can find easier jobs with people that don't suck.
