They are looking for cheap resources, they want the best work, but which should not cost them a penny, and if you want to leave because you don't feel aligned with the goals of the business, they would not even pay you back your money (you actually have to go to the court to get it..) while you worked with your own laptop, mobile phone , data and when client meetings are over you are left stranded on street corners and cafe's they have what you would call a Managed office , which is just some fancy address in a swanky location, but it is not an office it is a mailing address for hire. They are running on a home budget, not properly funded and very risky future.

Best environment to grow your technical and personal skills: - Steep learning curse with lots of technologies and business knowledge - Huge project with lots of integration with biggest banks - Challenging customer handling and onsite support - Managers always encourage staffs to acquire certificates and learning latest upcoming tech.
