It is highly Risk to work for them, because the will get rid of you anytime they want. And their management is very emotional, hot-tempered person, can yell at you when he wants. The only way you can work with this guys is on Contract basis and if it gonna be really high paid - to be worthy to take a risk dealing with these guys.
