My best reason to work in digicall was to earn money and to make a good career path. I decided to work in digicall myself. I was not having any guidance to choose the employer.

The most worst thing about this company that it does not provide employee's salary on time. After two or three months of interval it cuts the huge amount of salary from each employee. I am having my personal experience of working environment that you cannot do anything in case of salary issue because nobody will be responsible for you. They simply tell that it will get returned to your account after a week but no action again. I recommend to all of you that please don't join this organization ever if you are very curious to take your future. I left this organization in Dec-2016, Still I did not get my last full and final salary cheque. I visited the organization many times, They simply tell to come on the next Friday but again the same word told by the Worst HR department. I don't have any personal animosity from the organization, It is the real thing happened with me and with most of the employees also. Now I am going to share you the bigger issue for the employees- I joined this organization for the monthly salary of 15100 per month, after 9 months they started expelling to those employees who were getting salary 15100 because some of the employees were working for the same job in only 8 or 9 thousands. Even I was maintaining a good quality score every month and those who were having a bad communication and getting salary 8000 rupees, did not get expelled from the company. If you don't believe, please go to the company and ask from the employees working in. Lastly I want to suggest to all of you please don't join this company ever if you people are somewhat serious about your future. Best of luck.
