We appreciate how you have taken the time to provide thoughtful, insightful and thorough feedback about the organization that helps us understand our strengths and growth areas. Second, we are heartened that you give the company five stars and recommend it as well as approve of the CEO and business outlook. We also love that you appreciate the changes our CEO has been making to grow the company. Our leadership is working hard to grow wisely, and we are glad you recognize the efforts. We note your message on the cons, including the many changes and rigidity expressed by some to those and other changes. It can be difficult to adapt, but we are providing leaders and employees with training and tools to support them throughout changes. We are also striving for Amazing Innovation, Relentless Execution and Exceptional Collaboration (three of our four Culture Drivers) to not only improve how we do things but how we support our customers.
