No transparency, many silo groups., no sharing .. even from managers. They don't believe in truth .. only polish and butter. No proper review process.. You are valued on quantity not quality No work life balance. If you work 24 hours you are valued a lot. If you don't speak in meeting you are rated low.

Dear current DigiCert employee, Thank you for sharing your perspective on things based on your six years at DigiCert. We do want to address some of the points you made as we have been working diligently to address employee needs and keep employees at the forefront as we grow in India. In fact, we’ve hosted a Coffee Brewing Session with Leadership, which was a focused group discussion with female employees covering work-life balance, performance and recognition and we have more planned. We also are planning an APJ-focused all hands meetings including one coming up in May to focus on culture, recognition and organizational information for APJ. In addition to these efforts, we have hired and onboard five new engineering managers and reorganized the structure to have more balance and management in Bangalore. We understand all of those things may not satisfy your concerns, but we do hope they have made you feel as though the company is heading in the right direction and focusing on employee experience. I have loved my team and manager since day 1. I stay because DigiCert continues to provide me with professional development opportunities. I began as a file clerk and now manage a team doing complex operational efficiency work. They supported me through an MBA and each year I take at least one course and attend at least one industry event to help expand my skill and reach. The pay is average, BUT when you add in the value of the above-average benefits, the total remuneration package is great.

DigiCert is owned by Private Equity. If you have not worked for a PE portfolio company before, it means they focus solely on making money and stripping out what they deem as fluff (which I deem as retention levers, like company parties and swag).
