There are free programmes and committees for employees to join and be a part of and we celebrate just about all significant international holidays ( halloween , valentines ) all in style in the office with dress up competitions and prizes. We have free meals and snack boxes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, which are designated days for people to come into the office and interact with colleagues. The Canteen area has pool tables and and xbox + foos ball. There is a chill room and a prayer room, All of these things allow for a person to feel well treated and cared for in an environment that is centered around the people. I have not even mentioned yet that the company itself has been built up to this high level by the people, so the company name comes with some Prestige as everyone puts in 100% effort when it comes to the work. Your peers are professionals, leaders in the industry and it super difficult to not learn good things from them.
